Shipping Information

At Carolyn's Custom Creations, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service. Please allow up to 10-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to be shipped—possibly sooner. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with a tracking number for your convenience.

For orders within the USA, please anticipate delivery within 5-7 business days after your package has been shipped. Please note, if you have chosen to pay via e-check through PayPal, your order will be shipped only after the payment has cleared.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days, we kindly ask you to check your junk/spam folder first. Should you still be unable to locate it, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to assist with any concerns or questions you may have.

Once a tracking number has been issued, any issues or concerns regarding shipment must be addressed directly with the USPS, as they have assumed responsibility for your package. You can reach them at usps.com or by calling (800) 275-8777.

If your shipment is marked as "DELIVERED" but you have not received it, please contact your local post office to resolve any delivery issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to rectify delivery problems as they are managed solely by the USPS. For any delivery-related concerns, including damage, theft, or misdeliveries, please contact USPS directly.
